Porridge

We think porridge must surely be one of the all time greats when it comes to breakfast and for our children, Goldilocks and the Three Bears just wouldn't be the same without porridge? We have always loved a bowl of porridge, adding lots of nutritious ingredients to create many different recipes. So, we thought it would be great to make two of those recipes available to as many people as possible. Both contain superfoods such as chia seeds, a rich source of minerals and nutrients and also hemp seeds, a source of Omega 3 and protein. Cacao power is loaded with raw cacao, a superfood full of antioxidants and rich in copper and magnesium.
